Manager of Network Security
We are currently seeking a Senior Manager of Network Security to join and lead a team of high-level network engineers. Expectations
- Lead platform engineering initiatives across NextGen Firewalls, IPS, and Network Security Analytics
- Drive automation and process improvements in a multi-vendor environment
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Champion client needs and ensure alignment with enterprise goals
- Contribute to compliance and risk management efforts
Requirements
- 10+ years in IT within high-reliability, global environments, with 5+ years of management experience
- Deep expertise in networking and security: OSPF, BGP, VLANs, IPS, DNS, DDOS, and more
- Strong hands-on experience with F5 Load Balancers, Blue Coat Proxies, and Cisco technologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting tools and packet analysis
- Familiarity with automation, monitoring, and ITSM tools
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for innovation
Additional Desired Qualifications
- Experience with wireless and Cisco ISE
- Knowledge of QRADAR, SolarWinds, NetBrain
- Background in compliance and audit processes
