GTM Engineer

Company Overview

Our client is an emerging leader in cloud infrastructure optimization, helping engineering teams identify, resolve, and prevent operational inefficiencies through an automated intelligence platform. Their technology allows organizations to streamline engineering workflows, uncover cost and performance issues, and free teams to focus on building high‑impact products.

Role Overview

We're seeking a Go‑to‑Market (GTM) Engineer to build and operate the core systems that power the company's revenue engine. This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional role at the center of how the company scales-owning CRM infrastructure, automations, and reporting, while partnering closely with sales, marketing, and leadership. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with strong operational instincts and enjoys building systems, workflows, and growth experiments from the ground up in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and optimize core GTM systems across CRM, enrichment, sequencing, routing, and automations
  • Manage day‑to‑day RevOps processes to ensure pipeline accuracy and high‑quality CRM hygiene
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards for pipeline health, conversion metrics, and outbound performance
  • Partner with sales to increase effectiveness through account insights, prep materials, templates, and best practices
  • Run end‑to‑end growth experiments (events, partnerships, campaigns, OOH, etc.) including hypothesis, execution, measurement, and iteration
  • Develop scalable workflows, playbooks, and process documentation to support GTM operations and future team growth

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years in a high‑ownership operations role (RevOps, BizOps, Strategy & Ops, Growth Ops, or similar)
  • Strong analytical ability with experience defining metrics, measuring impact, and making decisions with imperfect data
  • Proven ability to own ambiguous projects end‑to‑end and execute quickly
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document clearly and align cross‑functional teams
  • Detail‑oriented with strong operational discipline and a systems‑building mindset
  • Experience with CRM or GTM tooling (e.g., Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Apollo) preferred
  • SQL or scripting experience is a plus
  • Event, community, or partnership experience is a plus

This role is onsite in NYC.
