Sales Director High Tech - Global IT Services Leader
Glocomms is partnering with a global digital services leader as they grow their high-tech vertical in the Netherlands. They are looking for a commercially savvy Sales Director to drive strategic partnerships and digital innovation across the region.
The Sales Director will grow business with existing clients in the High Tech space. Requires deep understanding of market and competition to develop appropriate sales strategies and apply the sales and solution expertise, in conjunction with project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead efforts to grow new partnerships and deepen existing relationships within the technology innovation space.
- Act as a key representative of the organization, helping to shape its reputation as a trusted expert and forward-thinking partner.
- Utilize the full breadth of the company's capabilities-spanning tech expertise, sector knowledge, and service offerings-to craft tailored solutions for client challenges.
- Play a pivotal role in designing and delivering platform-based strategies tailored to the needs of advanced technology enterprises.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Significant background in business development, particularly in service-oriented industries.
- Familiarity with global service delivery models, including offshore collaboration and managing large-scale engagements.
- At least a decade of experience in driving growth through IT service sales.
- Proven ability to engage with senior executives and build lasting strategic relationships.
- Practical experience in developing proposals and leading client-facing presentations.
- Strong leadership presence, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
