What You'll Do
- Identify and qualify inbound and outbound leads across pharmaceutical and biotech sectors.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage decision-makers in market access, brand management, and commercial operations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and target strategies.
- Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and senior sales executives.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems.
- Stay informed on industry trends, especially around pharmacy distribution, gross-to-net optimization, and compliance technologies.
What You Bring
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or life sciences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
- Ability to quickly understand complex solutions and articulate value propositions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
