Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud SCM Solutions Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion SCM modules and a strong grasp of Oracle SaaS technologies to support evolving business needs across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Solution Engineering: Design scalable, best-practice Oracle Fusion SCM solutions to address complex business challenges.
  • Technical Leadership: Guide project teams through all phases of the solution lifecycle-from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
  • Customization & Configuration: Adapt Oracle Fusion applications using both standard features and custom enhancements.
  • Integration Architecture: Develop and implement integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
  • Data Migration: Lead legacy data migration efforts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation including solution designs, configuration guides, and architecture diagrams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and technical teams on Oracle Fusion SCM applications.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, and Procurement.
  • Strong understanding of business processes across planning, services, and finance.
  • Proven experience architecting and deploying Oracle Fusion solutions in complex enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency with Oracle SaaS components, especially Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to assess cross-functional requirements and design optimal solutions.
