Oracle GRC Analyst
Glocomms is partnering with a global technology organization to find an Oracle GRC Analyst to strengthen ERP controls, lead cross‑functional solution design, and support major business cycles.
You'll directly influence ERP reliability, compliance posture, internal controls, and business process transformation in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.
Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end Oracle EBS solution architecture across key business cycles
- Design scalable, audit‑ready, control‑embedded processes
- Troubleshoot complex functional + technical issues
- Build RICEW components using PL/SQL, Oracle APIs, BI Publisher, OAF, Forms & more
- Design integrations with CRM, PLM, tax, revenue, planning, HR, and banking systems
- Support SOX, ITGC, application controls, and remediation of control gaps
- Partner with Finance, IT, Audit, and business stakeholders
- Deliver documentation, training, and ongoing cycle support
- 15+ years of Oracle EBS R12 experience (Q2C, P2P, R2R, Projects, Revenue)
- Deep expertise with custom development, CEMLI, integrations, and controls
- Strong understanding of SOX, IT General Controls, application controls, and SoD
- Ability to collaborate with auditors and support control remediation
- A blend of architecture‑level vision + hands‑on technical execution
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving skills, and adaptability
- Preferred: Oracle certifications, IT audit/security credentials, GRC tool experience, or background in regulated/public company environments.
