Glocomms is supporting a fast-growing cybersecurity leader in their search for a dynamic Account Executive to cover the Northern Germany region. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team and make a real impact in the security space.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently exceed sales targets by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within the Commercial segment (up to 1500 employees).
- Engage Creatively: Proactively source and engage new prospects, aligning their needs with the company's cybersecurity solutions while positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Monitor competitor activity to understand market dynamics and identify opportunities to differentiate.
- Leverage Customer Insights: Translate client feedback into actionable strategies that enhance value and drive mutual success.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Channel, Sales Engineering, Sales Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term account growth.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of full-cycle sales experience in a software or technology environment, ideally within cybersecurity.
- Proven Results: Demonstrated success in driving revenue through new business development and account expansion.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills and the ability to contribute to a high-performing sales team.
- Resilience & Drive: Competitive mindset with the tenacity to meet and exceed ambitious targets.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 25% for client engagements.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in both English and German (C2 level).
