About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and strategic Brand Growth Account Executive to lead new brand acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment and has a passion for the creator economy and consumer brands.

As the Brand Growth AE, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing partnerships with brands that align with the platform's mission and audience. Your work will directly drive platform expansion and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect emerging and established consumer brands across verticals like beauty, fashion, wellness, and lifestyle

  • Manage the full sales cycle: outbound outreach, pitching, negotiation, and close

  • Communicate the platform's value proposition to brand decision-makers and marketing leads

  • Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless brand onboarding and long-term success

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline and report on key performance metrics

  • Gather feedback from prospects to help inform product and go-to-market strategy

  • Represent our client at relevant industry events and networking opportunities

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in influencer marketing, affiliate, SaaS, or eCommerce

  • Demonstrated success managing a full sales cycle and meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a consultative, relationship-driven sales style

  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently

  • Strong understanding of brand marketing goals and challenges, particularly in DTC and consumer spaces

  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

  • Existing network in consumer brand or influencer marketing communities is a plus
