Snr. Strategic Enterprise Sales
The Role
A senior individual contributor position for a proven enterprise hunter who knows how to open doors, build pipeline, and close complex deals in the German market.
- Proactively identify, target, and win new enterprise accounts across key verticals in Germany
- Own the full sales cycle from first contact through to close on high-value, multi-year agreements
- Build trusted relationships at C-suite and senior leadership level within target accounts
- Understand customer business challenges and match them to platform capabilities that drive measurable outcomes
- Develop and deliver compelling business cases, proposals, and commercial frameworks for senior stakeholders
- Maintain rigorous pipeline discipline, accurate forecasting, and structured account plans in CRM
- Partner with pre-sales, customer success, and professional services for seamless delivery and long-term account health
- Represent the company at industry events, executive briefings, and strategic forums across the DACH region
- Monitor competitive dynamics and market developments to sharpen positioning and messaging
- Collaborate with marketing on account-based programs and executive engagement initiatives
What You Bring
- 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with a strong track record of net-new logo acquisition
- Proven ability to close complex, multi-stakeholder deals within large German or DACH-region enterprises
- Experience engaging senior finance, operations, or business transformation leaders as primary buyers
- Background in cloud-based business software - planning, performance management, or operational analytics an advantage
- Deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles and large organisational structures
- Fluent in German and English with exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- High commercial drive and the ability to operate autonomously in a growth-stage environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
