Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP Consultant with deep expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA, particularly within the aerospace and defense industry. The ideal candidate will bring strong consulting experience across industrial processes, MRO, and program management, and will play a key role in delivering high-impact SAP solutions to support mission-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP projects across ECC and S/4HANA platforms, including implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP modules related to industrial processes, maintenance, repair & overhaul (MRO), and program management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes aligned with SAP best practices.
- Support ECC to S/4HANA migration initiatives, including data migration, process redesign, and change management.
- Engage with stakeholders across technical and business domains to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with defense sector standards and security protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree or equivalent academic background.
- 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a focus on ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Spanish nationality (required for defense clearance eligibility).
- Native Spanish speaker with strong English communication skills.
- Proven experience in the aerospace or defense sector.
- Strong knowledge of SAP in areas such as:
- Program Management
- Industrial Processes
- MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul)
- ECC to S/4HANA Migration (preferred)
