The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead design across our core product experiences. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical experts to craft intuitive, elegant, and impactful solutions that improve lives. This is a high-ownership role where your design decisions will directly shape the future of digital health.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end design for key product initiatives-from discovery to delivery
- Translate complex AI-driven workflows into simple, human-centered interfaces
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define product strategy and user experience
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven design iterations
- Champion design excellence and contribute to our evolving design system
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in healthtech, AI, or SaaS
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI expertise and strategic thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments
- Empathy for users and passion for solving meaningful problems
- Bonus: Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accessibility standards, or AI interfaces
