Job Title: nCino Product Owner
Contract Length: 12 Months
Languages: English Required
Location: 2 Days On-site in London, United Kingdom
Utilisation: 40 Hours Per Week
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the greenfield implementation of nCino, defining product vision and strategy in alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to gather, prioritise, and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business users, ensuring seamless communication and expectation management.
- Define and maintain the product backlog, driving the roadmap for nCino solutions.
- Provide leadership and guidance on best practices for nCino implementations, ensuring optimal platform configuration.
- Work closely with development and DevOps teams to enable CI/CD processes and successful product releases.
- Optimize workflows, automation, and integrations within nCino to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Lead UAT sessions, user training, and documentation efforts to ensure adoption and effectiveness of the solution.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product ownership within Financial Services.
- Extensive hands-on experience with nCino, including configuration, implementation, and optimization.
- Strong understanding of credit origination, portfolio management, and banking operations within an nCino ecosystem.
- Experience working on greenfield projects, defining strategy, and leading implementations from the ground up.
- Expertise in Agile methodologies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and effectively communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Gearset or Copado is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to delivery and innovation.
- Must reside in the United Kingdom and be available for on-site collaboration in London twice a week.
Technical Knowledge:
- nCino Configuration & Implementation Certifications (preferred).
- Experience with:
- nCino platform administration and workflow automation
- Integration of nCino with core banking systems and third-party platforms
- CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset)
- Agile/Scrum methodologies
- User story creation and backlog management
