About the Role
Are you ready to:
- Lead a newly established Competence Hub team supporting Salesforce MCE (Marketing Cloud Engagement) solutions across multiple countries?
- Align complex business needs with strategic goals to help define a global MarTech vision?
- Create and bring to life a compelling product vision for Salesforce MCE?
- Oversee end-to-end implementation processes, manage the product backlog, and ensure delivery aligns with the defined vision?
- Gather feedback and collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams from various regions?
- Ensure the scalability, flexibility, and maintainability of the MarTech stack in partnership with the Salesforce MCE Architect?
- Stay current with developments in the Salesforce MarTech ecosystem and broader industry trends to maximize solution value?
- Define processes and establish efficient ways of working between the Competence Hub team and its service consumers?
What We're Looking For
We'll be a great match if you have:
- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering MarTech solutions.
- A strong background in creating product roadmaps, managing support processes, and prioritizing backlogs.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce MarTech stack.
- Familiarity with emerging Salesforce tools and technologies such as MCP, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in global, multicultural teams (highly advantageous).
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Czech or German is a plus.
