What You'll Do:
- Lead innovation by identifying new technologies, formulations, and ingredient opportunities across Skin, Sun, and Lip Care categories.
- Execute product development from concept through launch, ensuring efficacy, safety, and sensory standards.
- Oversee performance, stability, safety, and clinical tests to substantiate product claims and ensure superior quality.
- Collaborate across R&D, Operations, and Marketing to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with business objectives.
- Stay current on scientific literature, emerging raw materials, and evolving regulatory trends to inform innovation pipelines.
What We're Looking For:
