Glocomms is partnering with a global technology and data-driven organization investing heavily in AI, automation, and internal innovation. As AI adoption continues to grow across the business, they are looking to add a senior technical leader to help build the next generation of AI-powered tools and applications.
Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Manager, AI Solutions & Innovation to design, build, and scale AI-driven products, automation solutions, and internal applications.
This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong software engineering and architecture fundamentals with modern AI expertise. You'll partner with business stakeholders, mentor team members, and help shape the organization's AI roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI-powered applications and automation solutions.
- Design scalable architectures leveraging LLMs, agentic workflows, and modern AI frameworks.
- Partner with stakeholders to solve business challenges through technology.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor a growing team.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive AI innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering, AI/ML engineering, or solutions architecture experience.
- Strong experience with Python, AWS, APIs, and system design.
- Experience building production software and AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of Databricks and modern cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Preferred
- LLMs, agentic AI, and workflow orchestration experience.
- AdTech, MarTech, analytics, or programmatic advertising experience.
- Retool or similar internal application platform experience.
- Experience mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives.
