🚨 IT Manager - Compensation Systems | Onsite (5 Days) | Idaho Falls, ID
We're hiring an experienced IT Manager to lead a high-impact team responsible for mission-critical compensation and commission systems that support a global e-commerce environment.
This is a fully onsite role (5 days/week) based in Idaho Falls, ID-ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys building scalable systems, mentoring teams, and partnering closely with the business.
💼 What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and develop a team of software developers, data engineers, and analysts
- Own the design, performance, and reliability of large-scale compensation systems
- Partner with Finance, Sales Ops, and BI teams to align technical solutions with business goals
- Drive automation, modernization, and system improvements
- Oversee production support, incident response, and platform stability
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative engineering culture
✅ What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in software development, data engineering, or systems-focused roles
- 3+ years in leadership or team management
- Strong experience with:
- SQL & database design
- Microsoft stack (SQL Server, SSIS, Power BI)
- Background supporting large-scale, data-driven or financial systems
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have:
- Python, Snowflake
- Data warehousing / BI experience
- Agile / DevOps exposure
