Role Overview:
We are seeking a personable and driven Account Manager to join the team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a passion for cybersecurity and a talent for building strong client relationships. You'll be responsible for selling advanced data protection solutions to enterprise clients, working alongside a dedicated Sales Engineer to meet and exceed annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage key decision-makers within target accounts.
- Present and sell data security solutions to current and prospective clients.
- Conduct product demos and develop compelling proposals for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategic sales approaches.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues.
- Support channel partner communications throughout the sales cycle.
- Accurately manage account information and activity in CRM systems.
- Participate in marketing events, seminars, and trade shows as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of B2B sales experience (or equivalent).
- Experience in the technology or cybersecurity industry preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook.
- Proven success selling through channel partners.
- Existing network of contacts in the Phoenix territory is a plus.
