Position Overview

Glocomms is partnering with a top financial services firm to find a seasoned cybersecurity professional with expertise in CrowdStrike to lead its Endpoint Security Engineering function. This role involves overseeing the design, deployment, and ongoing management of endpoint protection technologies across a diverse enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and optimization of endpoint security solutions across the enterprise.
  • Provide technical direction and mentorship to a team of security engineers.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to endpoint protection technologies.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic roadmaps for endpoint security.
  • Collaborate with architecture and threat intelligence teams to improve existing solutions and implement new ones.
  • Identify and address security gaps in alignment with Zero Trust principles.
  • Ensure comprehensive malware detection coverage across all relevant devices.
  • Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on endpoint security and data protection.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Hands-on experience with endpoint protection platforms such as CrowdStrike (EDR, Firewall, ITDR, Falcon for IT).
  • Strong understanding of security controls for cloud and SaaS environments (e.g., Azure AD, Azure).
  • Deep technical knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Windows, Mac) and infrastructure components (servers, networks, applications, databases, cloud).
  • Experience managing endpoint firewall products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP or equivalent are preferred.
