Position Overview
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Pre-Sales Solution Architect to join their team. This remote role is based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area and includes occasional travel to client sites and industry events. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the Cisco ecosystem, with a proven track record in pre-sales engineering and solution design.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to understand client needs and craft tailored Cisco-based solutions.
- Lead technical presentations and solution discussions with prospective and existing customers.
- Design high-level architectures and produce supporting documentation including BOMs, SOWs, and network diagrams.
- Stay up to date on Cisco technologies, certifications, and industry trends to provide expert-level guidance.
- Support RFP/RFI responses and contribute to the development of compelling proposals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Cisco account teams and technology partners.
- Conduct customer workshops, proof-of-concepts, and solution demonstrations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of pre-sales experience within the Cisco ecosystem, ideally with a Cisco Gold Partner.
- Strong technical knowledge across Cisco's portfolio, including networking, security, collaboration, and data center.
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or Cisco Specialist credentials are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region.
