🔐 IAM Engineer - Hybrid | Dallas, TX
Location: Hybrid in Dallas
Compensation: $140K-$160K base + 10% annual bonus
Type: Full-Time | Permanent
A fast-growing investment and technology-driven firm is seeking a skilled IAM Engineer to join their Identity Management team. This is a hands-on role focused on designing, deploying, and optimizing identity and authentication services across cloud and on-prem environments.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement IAM policies across AWS, Azure, and Active Directory.
- Automate IAM processes and manage identity federation and role-based access controls.
- Collaborate with InfoSec and Compliance teams to ensure alignment with security standards.
- Support authentication technologies including SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and LDAP.
✅ Ideal Candidate:
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise IAM, PAM, and cloud identity solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS IAM, Microsoft Entra ID, and Active Directory.
- Familiarity with Kerberos, SCIM APIs, and multi-cloud environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
