Role Overview:
They are seeking a strategic and visionary Head of Communications & Brand to lead and elevate their internal and external communications. This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice of a company poised for significant growth and transformation. You will be responsible for building and scaling communications programs that drive brand awareness, executive visibility, and thought leadership-especially through key milestones such as IPO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy aligned with business goals.
 - Lead brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all channels.
 - Oversee media relations, PR campaigns, and executive communications.
 - Drive internal communications to foster alignment and engagement across teams.
 - Partner with product marketing, investor relations, and leadership to support major announcements and milestones.
 - Build and manage a high-performing communications team.
 - Serve as a trusted advisor to the CMO and executive leadership on all comms-related matters.
 
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, brand strategy, or related fields.
 - Proven track record of leading communications in high-growth, fast-paced environments-ideally in SaaS or tech.
 - Experience supporting companies through IPO or other major corporate milestones.
 - Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills.
 - Strong media relations and crisis communications experience.
 - Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically.
 - Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing at all levels.
