Account Based Marketing Manager
We are partnered with a leading product development platform that helps companies manage complex engineering processes, particularly in highly regulated industries like aerospace, automotive, medical devices, and industrial manufacturing.
They are seeking an experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to drive expansion within existing accounts, break into new enterprise-level companies and tier 1 prospects. This role is responsible for designing and executing targeted, account-centric marketing programs that align closely with sales to engage key buying groups and decision-makers.
This person will own the ABM strategy and execution across priority accounts, leveraging ABM technology, personalized campaigns, and multi-channel tactics to accelerate pipeline growth and expansion opportunities in complex enterprise environments.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute ABM strategies focused on enterprise acquisition and account expansion
- Partner closely with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to align on target accounts, personas, and buying groups
- Own tiered ABM programs (1:1, 1:few, 1:many)
- Plan and launch personalized, multi-channel campaigns for priority accounts including but not limited to custom landing pages, targeted ads, email campaigns, outbound outreach, social media etc.
- Manage and optimize ABM platforms and tools
- Track account engagement, pipeline impact, and revenue influence
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale ABM programs based on performance
- Support outbound teams with account insights, intent data, and campaign activation
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE (MUST-HAVE):
- 5+ years in an ABM role in a B2B SaaS company
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Proven experience driving ABM programs for enterprise or mid-market accounts
- Hands-on experience with ABM platforms and software
- Strong understanding of complex B2B buying committees and long sales cycles
- Experience aligning closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and expansion
- Launching verticalized campaigns to engineering and product development personas
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Familiarity with project management tools (ideally Wrike).
- Familiarity with CRM systems. Salesforce preferred.
- Experience working in a matrixed Sales & Marketing organization with stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
