I'm working with a well-established, growth-focused food and beverage manufacturer that's undergoing a major digital transformation. They're looking for a Director of IT to lead enterprise-wide technology strategy, infrastructure, and systems modernization across a high-volume production environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role supporting a high-volume production environment, with a strong focus on both legacy systems and modernization.
What they're looking for:
ā 10+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing or sales-driven environment
ā Deep knowledge of iSeries (AS/400), RPG/400, ILE, Cobol, Java, and CL
ā Familiarity with Visual Basic, C#, and Java for application support
ā Strong background in infrastructure, networking, Active Directory, and disaster recovery
ā Experience with DB2 for iSeries, SQL SSMS, Oracle Developer, and FTP communications
ā Proven ability to manage vendors, resolve issues quickly, and lead cross-functional initiatives
ā Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure
Role details:
š Full-time, onsite role based in Flemington, NJ - Are you open to commuting or relocating?
