We are currently partnering with a prestigious asset management firm to support their search for a Salesforce CRM Manager with a strong focus on Service Cloud. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that is investing heavily in its digital transformation and client service capabilities.

Our client is seeking a Salesforce CRM Manager to lead the strategic development and day-to-day management of their Salesforce platform, with a particular emphasis on Service Cloud. This role will play a key part in enhancing client service delivery, streamlining case management, and driving CRM adoption across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and client service strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
  • Lead a team of Salesforce professionals (internal and external) to deliver enhancements, integrations, and support.
  • Develop and maintain workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports to support operational efficiency.
  • Ensure data quality, system integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Service Cloud and stay up to date with platform developments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with a strong focus on Service Cloud.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud Consultant certifications preferred.
  • Background in financial services or asset management is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of case management, automation (Flows), and client service operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors or offshore teams is a plus.
