What You'll Do
- Own and manage the full release lifecycle, from planning through deployment and post-release monitoring
- Coordinate closely with engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment on release scope and timelines
- Track and manage work through Jira (or similar tools), ensuring tickets are properly prioritized and completed
- Partner with QA to ensure appropriate testing coverage, including UAT and regression testing
- Identify and communicate release risks, blockers, and dependencies early
- Maintain release calendars and ensure smooth execution of production deployments
- Drive continuous improvement in release processes, workflows, and coordination
What We're Looking For
- Experience in release management, project management, or technical program management within a software environment
- Strong experience using Jira (or similar ticketing/project management tools)
- Familiarity with QA processes, testing cycles, and defect tracking
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
