We are supporting a leading financial institution in their search for two experienced Quant Developers to join a high-performing Delta One trading technology team. This is a hands-on technical role focused on building and optimising systems that power ETF market-making and real-time trading operations.
Role Overview
You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for:
- Booking systems and real-time price computation
- Market data storage and high-speed data transfer
- Algorithm design and refinement
- Hardware selection and network performance analysis
Your work will directly support trading activities, with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable systems for large-scale data analysis and experimentation
- Strengthen the reliability of trading infrastructure supporting ETF market-making
- Integrate and evaluate third-party tools and market data sources
- Ensure accurate computation of risk and P&L
- Collaborate with traders and quantitative researchers to improve pricing models and methodologies
Tech Stack
- Languages & Frameworks: C++, C#, Python (Django), Bash
- Environment: Linux, Web Services
- Tools: Real-time data processing, distributed systems, performance monitoring
Domain Knowledge
- Delta One trading strategies
- ETF market structure and dynamics
Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 7 years' experience in financial services or trading technology
- Proficient in C++ and/or C# (core requirement)
- Experience with Python (particularly Django) and Bash scripting
- Comfortable working in Linux environments
- Strong communicator with the ability to work closely with trading teams
- French-speaking candidates are preferred due to team composition
