Role Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced IAM Specialist to join the IT Security team. This role is critical in ensuring secure and compliant access to systems and data across the enterprise. You will work closely with IT, Risk, and Compliance teams to design and implement robust identity and access controls aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, standards, and procedures.
- Administer and optimize IAM platforms (e.g., CyberArk, SailPoint, Azure AD).
- Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) and manage privileged access.
- Conduct periodic access reviews and support internal/external audits.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Monitor IAM-related incidents and support remediation efforts.
- Stay current with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, BaFin, ISO 27001).
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IAM within financial services or regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of IAM protocols and technologies (LDAP, SAML, OAuth, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as CyberArk, SailPoint, or Azure AD.
- Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
