About the Role

This is not your typical sales role. As a Go-to-Market Engineer, you'll blend technical acumen with strategic execution to drive revenue. You'll build systems that automate outreach, close deals, and help customers modernize their messaging infrastructure.

You'll own the full customer journey-from crafting outbound campaigns to leading enterprise sales conversations and providing hands-on technical guidance.

What You'll Do

Build Revenue-Generating Systems

  • Design and deploy automated outbound campaigns using GTM tools (e.g., Clay, Apollo, Outreach)
  • Create data pipelines to identify high-intent prospects
  • Build personalized, multi-channel messaging sequences
  • Develop ROI calculators and cost-comparison tools

Generate & Close Pipeline

  • Own revenue targets from first touch to signed deal
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects
  • Navigate complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Price and structure deals based on usage and channel needs

Product & Market Intelligence

  • Translate customer feedback into product insights
  • Identify new use cases and expansion opportunities
  • Stay ahead of messaging regulations and channel innovations
  • Influence the product roadmap with market-driven insights

Scale What Works

  • Document and templatize successful campaigns
  • Build reusable demos and technical resources
  • Share learnings across the team to accelerate growth

What You'll Bring

Required

  • Strong programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and automation workflows
  • 2-3+ years in GTM, sales, or technical customer-facing roles
  • Proven ability to design scalable systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and executive audiences
  • Comfort with SQL and data-driven decision-making
  • High ownership and self-starting mentality

Nice to Have

  • Experience with messaging platforms (e.g., Twilio, SendGrid)
  • Familiarity with automation tools
  • Background in API-first or developer-focused companies
  • Experience building outbound sales systems at scale
  • Early-stage startup experience
