Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
- Design serverless backend architectures for real-time, event-driven workflows.
- Develop responsive, intuitive user interfaces with a focus on accessibility and performance.
- Implement APIs (GraphQL and REST) and integrate with cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and continuous integration workflows.
- Monitor and optimize application performance across the stack.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, Express, and modern CSS frameworks (e.g., Tailwind).
- Familiarity with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and AppSync.
- Experience with GraphQL and RESTful API design.
- Understanding of serverless architectures and event-driven programming.
- Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Vitest) and version control (Git).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Preferred Attributes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in distributed teams.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience building tools for workforce, asset, or production management is a plus.
