Ihre Aufgaben
Führung eines cross-funktionalen Entwicklerteams (ca. 6-8 Personen)
Coaching, Mentoring und individuelle Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder
Technische Verantwortung für Architektur, Codequalität und Delivery-Prozesse
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product Ownern und UX
Förderung einer modernen Engineering-Kultur mit agiler Methodik
Ihr Profil
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Leitung von Software-Teams, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Plattform-Umfeld
Technischer Background (z. B. Java, Spring Boot, Angular, AWS) und Verständnis für skalierbare Softwarearchitekturen
Starker Fokus auf Teamführung, Enablement und technische Exzellenz
Erfahrung mit agilen Frameworks (Scrum/Kanban), CI/CD und Cloud-Umgebungen
