We're looking for an experienced UI/UX Architect to help shape intuitive, user-centered experiences for complex products. This role combines hands-on design with strategic influence and mentorship, offering the chance to make a meaningful impact on product usability and design standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document information architecture and interaction models
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure cohesive design
- Support user research and usability testing
- Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility standards
- Mentor team members and contribute to design systems
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX architecture or design
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows and design impact
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Axure, etc.)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
