About the Role
A leading European bank is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to support strategic initiatives focused on Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role will be instrumental in bridging business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that Salesforce implementations align with regulatory requirements and deliver measurable value across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Salesforce FSC implementations.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with business goals.
  • Support the design and testing of Salesforce features, workflows, and integrations.
  • Conduct gap analyses and propose enhancements to existing Salesforce processes.
  • Assist in data migration, validation, and reporting activities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and contribute to change management efforts.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 2+ years working with Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of Financial Services Cloud and its application in banking or financial services.
  • Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce data models, reporting, and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Business Analyst, FSC Accredited Professional) preferred.
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart is a plus.
