Identity Management Engineer
Glocomms is partnered with a global tech giant for the advancement of their cybersecurity posture. As part of a global tech giant's security-first division, the Identity Management Engineer is responsible for designing and maintaining scalable IAM solutions that support secure access across enterprise systems. Operating within a hybrid work model and aligned with U.S. Data Security standards, this role ensures compliance, automation, and governance of identity workflows while collaborating cross-functionally to protect sensitive data.
Responsibilities
- Manage identity lifecycle processes
- Enforce least privilege and role-based access control (RBAC)
- Provision and deprovision access across systems
- Conduct privilege assessments and identity reviews
- Execute certification campaigns and segregation-of-duties (SoD) checks
- Develop and maintain custom workflows and connectors
- Onboard applications into IAM platforms
- Automate identity tasks using PowerShell and Python
- Integrate IAM with enterprise systems (Azure AD, Google Workspace, AD)
- Monitor compliance metrics and support regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IAM or IT systems engineering/administration
- Hands-on expertise with IGA platforms (SailPoint IIQ, IdentityNow, Saviynt)
- Proficiency in Azure AD / Entra ID, Google Workspace, Active Directory
- Familiarity with SIEM tools and vulnerability management
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell and Python
- Adaptability to emerging IAM technologies
- Experience with Windows and Linux environments
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Commitment to compliance, diversity, and mission-driven work
- Eligible for national security-related screening
This is a hybrid role (3 days per week onsite) out of the client's London office, no sponsorship is available now or in the future.
