Role Overview

We are seeking a Client Onboarding Specialist to support the integration and ongoing success of new and existing clients. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams-including sales, engineering, and legal-to ensure clients are set up efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to grasp technical concepts related to market data and trading infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage onboarding workflows for new clients, ensuring timely and accurate setup of services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate technical configurations, permissions, and documentation.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients during onboarding, addressing questions and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Document onboarding processes and client-specific setups to improve internal knowledge sharing and scalability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to refining onboarding procedures.
  • Support client success post-onboarding, including troubleshooting and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in market data, wealth management, hedge funds, or HFT.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts clearly.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and legal teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
