(Junior) Sales Account Manager - IoT / SaaS Solutions (Full-Time, Hybrid - Munich Area)
A fast-growing European tech company in the Industrial IoT space is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager (Junior or Mid-Level) to join their team. You'll play a key role in driving customer acquisition and account growth, promoting an end-to-end solution that includes hardware, software, and services.
This is a hybrid role based near Munich, with the flexibility to work from home.
Your Key Responsibilities
New Business & Account Growth - Identify new opportunities, manage the full sales cycle, and develop long-term client partnerships.
Consultative Sales - Lead client discussions, prepare ROI analyses, create custom offers, and manage proposal follow-ups.
Account Development - Leverage cross- and up-selling strategies to expand existing customer value.
Project Coordination - Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and product teams to align client needs and technical delivery.
Stakeholder Alignment - Act as a liaison between customers and internal tech/product stakeholders to define requirements and shape solutions.
Lead Generation & Networking - Represent the company at events and campaigns to generate qualified leads.
Your Profile
Degree in business, engineering, or a related technical field.
Some experience in sales, account management, or business development (B2B).
Interest in or experience with Industrial IoT / Track & Trace technologies.
Strong communicator with a hunter mindset and customer-first thinking.
High level of motivation, adaptability, and team spirit.
