Senior SDR - Agentic AI
Our client is one of the most exciting names in enterprise AI right now. A German born, globally scaled software business that has built the leading conversational and agentic AI platform for customer experience, trusted by more than 1,250 enterprise brands worldwide. They were recently acquired by a publicly listed market leader, in one of the largest AI acquisitions in the category, and are now scaling aggressively across DACH and broader EMEA.
Due to continued investment in the German market, they are looking to bring on a Senior SDR in Berlin to drive new pipeline into mid market and enterprise accounts. This is a role for someone who wants to sell into a genuinely hot category (agentic AI, voice AI agents, conversational automation) at a moment where every enterprise CX leader is actively budgeting for it.
The Opportunity
You will sit at the front of the sales motion, opening conversations with senior CX, contact centre, digital and IT stakeholders across DACH. You will work hand in hand with experienced enterprise AEs, marketing and solutions consulting, with a clear path to progress into a closing seat (Mid Market AE or Enterprise AE) on a defined timeline.
The product genuinely sells itself in discovery. AI agents that resolve full customer journeys, voice AI that scales empathetic conversations, an agentic framework that has been independently ranked as a category leader. Prospects pick up the phone for this.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, video, events) into target accounts across DACH.
- Run sharp discovery conversations with CX, contact centre and digital transformation leaders.
- Partner closely with aligned AEs on account strategy, messaging and territory planning.
- Use modern sales tooling (including the company's own AI capabilities) to work smarter, not just harder.
- Attend industry events and customer roundtables (the company invests heavily in field marketing).
- Feed market intelligence back into product, marketing and sales leadership.
Experience and Profile
- 1 to 3+ years of outbound SDR or BDR experience, ideally in B2B SaaS (but not a requirement)
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline and meeting targets.
- Genuinely curious about AI and where the category is going. You do not need to be technical, but you should be the kind of person who reads up on what is happening in the space.
- Strong written and verbal communication in German and English (native or near native German is required for this territory).
- Resilient, coachable, commercially sharp. Comfortable being early in your career but ambitious about where you take it.
Why This One Is Worth a Conversation
- The category. Agentic and conversational AI is one of the few enterprise software categories where budget is actively expanding in 2026. You will be selling into demand, not creating it from nothing.
- The product. Independently recognised as a category Leader by the major analyst houses, with reference customers across retail, telco, financial services, travel and the public sector.
- The growth path. Clear, transparent progression into AE roles. Several of the current AEs in the DACH team came up through the SDR function.
- The setup. Berlin based with a real office in the city (somewhere to meet your team, host customers and actually enjoy being around people), combined with genuine flexibility to work remotely, including occasional remote from anywhere periods.
- The backing. Start up energy and product culture, now sitting inside a publicly listed parent with global reach, enterprise logos and serious investment behind the German market.
Mindset
Our client hires for curiosity, ownership and a growth mindset over pedigree. They welcome candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, and they care more about how you think and how you show up than about which logos sit on your CV.
