Our client is a SaaS-enabled prescription adjudication services provider serving the U.S.-based pharmaceutical industry. They exclusively partner with pharmaceutical manufacturers to enhance the economic and operational efficiency of pharma-sponsored copay programs and related patient services. Leveraging patented PBA technology, they deliver seamless Rx claims experiences and intelligent tools that empower prescribers, patients, and dispensing pharmacies to easily access manufacturer-sponsored patient services.

The Opportunity:

Our client is hiring their first Sales Engineer to help build the presales function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to join a company with strong market traction and a fully-formed technical team, while playing a foundational role in shaping their go-to-market strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver compelling, technically detailed product demos to pharmaceutical clients
  • Analyze customer needs and design tailored solutions aligned with their business goals
  • Respond to RFIs, pricing requests, and provide clear, technical answers to client inquiries
  • Collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to support deal closure and ensure client success

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in a presales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role-ideally in healthcare, pharma, or enterprise SaaS
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into client-friendly language
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and iterate on processes
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
