Job Summary:

We are partnering with a global manufacturing leader specializing in advanced materials used in flexible packaging and labeling solutions. This organization operates state-of-the-art production facilities and leverages sophisticated digital systems to support innovation and operational excellence. We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead their technology operations, ensuring robust infrastructure, secure systems, and seamless support across multiple sites.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage IT operations, including infrastructure, enterprise applications, and user support.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of systems such as SAP ERP, Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), and SCADA.
  • Ensure high availability and performance of IT services across manufacturing and corporate environments.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols, including firewalls, endpoint protection, and compliance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align IT strategies with business objectives.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts for hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  • Monitor IT budgets and drive cost-effective technology investments.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and innovation.

Required Skills & Tools:

  • Enterprise Systems: SAP (MM, PP, SD modules), Microsoft Dynamics (CRM), MES, SCADA.
  • Infrastructure: Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Cisco networking.
  • Cloud & Collaboration: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Azure or AWS.
  • Security: Firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto), endpoint protection, SIEM tools.
  • Project Management: Agile or Waterfall methodologies, Jira, MS Project.
  • Compliance: Familiarity with ISO 27001, GDPR, and IT standards in manufacturing environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
