In this role, you will design and implement a comprehensive strategy for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM), ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization. You'll optimize and automate access processes, integrate IAM/PAM solutions with modern platforms such as Active Directory and Azure AD, and advise stakeholders on best practices. Your work will be essential in supporting regulatory compliance, defining critical permissions, and embedding principles like Zero Trust and Least Privilege into the organization's security framework.

What you bring to the table:
- Hands-on experience with IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Ping Identity) and PAM tools (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust).
- Familiarity with directory services (LDAP, AD, AAD), authentication methods (MFA, SSO, OAuth, SAML), and security principles like RBAC and Zero Trust.
- Understanding of IT security standards and compliance requirements in financial services.
- Strong communication skills in German and English, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
