Key Responsibilities

  • Build scalable growth systems to automate sales and marketing workflows using AI, automation, and actionable insights.
  • Recruit and lead a high-performing growth team, fostering a culture of speed, experimentation, and impact.
  • Own analytics and forecasting: define KPIs, create dashboards, and leverage data to optimize performance.
  • Integrate AI and LLMs into workflows to accelerate personalization, campaign execution, and content generation.
  • Design and implement modern GTM engines, including lifecycle automation, PLG motions, and new outbound strategies.
  • Develop innovative prospecting tactics using automation tools and creative outreach methods.
  • Create viral tools and shareable experiences-demos, calculators, and mini-products that drive organic traffic and referrals.
  • Craft compelling messaging and UI elements for landing pages and interactive assets that showcase product capabilities.
  • Automate customer engagement through community channels and thought-leadership platforms.
  • Deploy AI agents to streamline processes from product design to go-to-market and enhance competitive positioning.
  • Monitor market trends and sentiment with automated systems to identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Support self-service product initiatives with intuitive UX and dynamic messaging.
  • Analyze funnel performance and user behavior to pivot strategies quickly and redefine success metrics.

What You Bring

Technical Skills

  • Experience with growth platforms (Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, Instantly, etc.) for outbound automation and enrichment.
  • Full-stack development capabilities (JavaScript, Python, React) for building internal tools and growth experiments.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI copilots and agents for personalization, outreach automation, and CRM insights.
  • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Retool, Make) to connect and scale GTM systems.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for segmentation and performance analysis.

AI-Driven Growth

  • Hands-on experience creating or integrating AI agents to accelerate campaigns and onboarding.
  • Ability to generate dynamic, personalized messaging at scale across industries and personas.
  • Familiarity with LLM tools (ChatGPT, Claude, custom embeddings) for content and conversion workflows.

Strategic Growth Leadership

  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments-thinking big and acting fast.
