Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital & Technology Transformation Specialist to lead and support transformation initiatives within the financial services sector, with a focus on core banking systems. This is a 12-month contract role based in Zurich, with a hybrid model requiring two days per week on-site, offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects driving cloud adoption, AI/ML solutions, process automation, and API-driven integration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements.
Lead cloud adoption programs, including migration planning, security compliance, and cost optimization.
Implement and optimize AI/ML solutions to improve decision-making, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Design and deliver automation frameworks to streamline business processes and reduce manual workload.
Define and implement API strategies to enable seamless system integration across core banking platforms.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of transformation projects.
Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in digital transformation and technology strategy within the financial services sector.
Strong expertise in cloud adoption (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and cloud security best practices.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and process automation tools.
Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and integration architecture in core banking environments.
Strong project management skills and familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
Fluency in English is essential; German or French proficiency is required.
