We are seeking an accomplished technology leader to shape and advance the organization's architecture vision while ensuring technology investments support long-term business priorities. This individual will work closely with executive leadership, product teams, and engineering organizations to drive architectural consistency, modernization efforts, and scalable technology solutions across the enterprise. The role provides strategic oversight of architecture governance, technical standards, and future-state technology planning while leading a team of architects and influencing key organizational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and evolve architectural standards, technology frameworks, and target-state designs across the organization.
- Establish governance practices that ensure alignment between strategic initiatives and architectural objectives.
- Develop multi-year technology plans that support business growth, operational efficiency, and modernization efforts.
- Assess emerging technologies and recommend opportunities to improve capabilities and accelerate innovation.
- Facilitate architecture review processes and provide guidance for significant technology investments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline; graduate-level education is advantageous.
- Significant experience in software delivery, technology architecture, and engineering leadership, including several years leading senior technical teams.
- Demonstrated expertise spanning multiple architectural domains such as cloud computing, enterprise integration, data platforms, and security.
- Experience designing large-scale enterprise applications and digital platforms.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies and modern application architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, automated deployment pipelines, and contemporary software development approaches.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing capabilities.
- Experience operating within Agile delivery environments and enterprise-scale transformation programs.
- Proficiency with architecture modeling, project management, and collaboration tools.
- Ability to lead distributed teams and coordinate across internal and external partners.
- Background in regulated industries or financial services environments is beneficial but not required.
