A technology-driven organization is seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead the creation of intuitive, engaging digital experiences across cloud-native and mobile platforms. This role owns the end-to-end user journey - from flows and wireframes to polished visuals - and collaborates closely with product and engineering teams to bring ideas to life.
This position is ideal for a seasoned designer who thrives on crafting elegant solutions, balancing user needs with business goals, and advocating for design excellence.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Design Ownership
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and production-ready assets
- Develop and refine UI/UX using Figma and Photoshop
- Write clear, engaging UI copy and microcopy
- Partner with product teams to translate requirements into user-centric designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure flawless implementation
User-Centered Design Practices
- Conduct usability testing and feedback sessions
- Iterate designs based on user insights and data
- Champion accessibility and design consistency across platforms
Design System & Brand Alignment
- Help shape design systems and style guides for scalability
- Maintain visual and brand consistency across all experiences
Qualifications
Required
- 7-10+ years of UX/Product Experience design across web and mobile platforms
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Photoshop (Sketch, Illustrator, After Effects a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
- Experience collaborating with product owners and engineering teams
- Deep understanding of UX best practices and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and ability to advocate for design decisions
