This organization provides an end-to-end software platform that supports thousands of sports, theater, and live music events, offering both full-service and automated SaaS solutions to manage the entire ticket sales lifecycle.
Position: Pricing Analyst
As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a key role in optimizing ticket pricing strategies to maximize yield and meet partner goals. You'll collaborate closely with inventory managers, data scientists, and account managers to analyze market trends, develop pricing models, and execute dynamic pricing strategies. This is a high-impact role that requires analytical thinking, creativity, and a passion for live events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze market trends, historical data, and real-time analytics to manage ticket pricing in alignment with yield management strategies.
- Collaborate with account managers to identify trends and opportunities, providing actionable insights to partners.
- Support business intelligence and product development teams to enhance internal tools and technology offerings.
- Execute and refine pricing strategies autonomously, testing new approaches to improve performance.
- Complete ad-hoc analyses and contribute to special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and pattern recognition skills with the ability to assess risk/reward tradeoffs.
- Confident decision-maker with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
- High sports and/or music IQ, with an understanding of how events impact demand.
