Glocomms is kicking off 2026 by partnering with a well-funded, YC-backed startup tackling one of the hardest problems in AI infrastructure:Making high-performance GPU computing faster, simpler, and dramatically more cost-effective for ML research and production workloads.
This is not application-level work -- it's deep systems engineering. Think quant-finance-level complexity, but with more creativity, scope, and impact. You'll join a highly technical, collaborative team solving problems in GPU virtualization and large-scale optimization that few companies even attempt.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop high-performance systems in C++
- Optimize GPU computing infrastructure for speed and scalability
- Work on GPU virtualization and distributed systems challenges
- Collaborate with a world-class engineering team to solve cutting-edge problems
What We're Looking For
- Strong Computer Science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, OS concepts)
- Proficiency in C++ (or strong experience in similar low-level languages)
- Interest in systems-level engineering and performance optimization
- 0-2 years of experience (ideal for early-career engineers eager to grow fast)
