We're partnering with a leading insurance company in Frankfurt to find an experienced Change Manager to support a strategic AI implementation initiative. This freelance/contract role begins in January 2026 and offers an initial 9-month engagement, with strong potential for extension.
As Change Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving organisational readiness and adoption of AI technologies across multiple business units. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and delivery leads to ensure the transformation is smooth, sustainable, and aligned with business objectives.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management strategies tailored to AI adoption
- Conduct impact assessments and stakeholder analysis
- Design and deliver communication and engagement plans
- Support training and enablement activities
- Monitor change effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed
- Collaborate with project managers, product owners, and tech leads in an agile environment
🎯 Ideal Profile
- Proven experience in change management within insurance or financial services
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and digital transformation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks
- Fluent in English; German is a plus
