About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager to own and elevate brand narrative through compelling, audience-centric content. This role is ideal for a strategic storyteller who can transform complex ideas, customer experiences, product innovations, and market trends into engaging stories that drive awareness, trust, and demand.
You will lead editorial strategies, create high-impact content, and build scalable storytelling programs that establish the company as a category leader.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create and oversee the production of high-quality content, including:
- Customer success stories and case studies
- Thought leadership articles
- Executive bylines and LinkedIn content
- Blog posts
- Reports and whitepapers
- Website content
- Sales enablement materials
- Video scripts and webinar content
- Interview customers, executives, users, and internal stakeholders to uncover unique stories.
- Translate technical concepts into accessible and engaging content for diverse audiences.
Qualifications
Required
- 3-7 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, or a related storytelling role within B2B SaaS, technology, or high-growth companies.
- Strong portfolio showcasing customer stories, case studies, launch content, thought leadership, and long-form editorial work.
- Proven track record of owning customer stories and case studies end-to-end, from research and interviews through publication.
- Exceptional writing, interviewing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives.
- Strong editorial judgment, reporter instincts, and experience collaborating with customers, executives, and subject matter experts.
Preferred
- Background in journalism, newsroom environments, or technology-focused media.
- Experience creating content for customer success, support, community, or post-sales audiences.
- Familiarity with startup environments and fast-paced, high-growth teams.
- Experience with video storytelling, multimedia content, or content performance and SEO analytics.
