Role Overview:

We are seeking a Product Manager - Recruiting Systems to lead the development of internal tools that support candidate sourcing, evaluation, and onboarding. This role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable, AI-enhanced solutions that improve recruiting workflows and operational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of recruiting systems, including applicant tracking, onboarding, and workflow automation.
  • Gather user feedback and business requirements to inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Drive the product roadmap, from discovery and technical scoping to testing, rollout, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure alignment on requirements and delivery timelines.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates, manage expectations, and support adoption.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven enhancements to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of product management experience, ideally with internal-facing tools or HR/recruiting systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented and proactive mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate user needs into technical requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
