We are looking for a Product Engineer to help define and build the core product for an early-stage team developing intelligent, agent-powered systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end to end, working closely with customers, and making strong product and technical decisions in ambiguous environments.
You will operate across the full stack, collaborating closely with design and product partners while remaining deeply hands-on in implementation. The work is highly visible and impactful, with real ownership over how the product evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and ship end-to-end product features across backend services and frontend interfaces
- Own feature delivery from initial concept through implementation, testing, and launch
- Work directly with customers to gather feedback and refine product direction
- Collaborate closely with design to improve frontend polish and define interaction patterns
- Take ambiguous problems and break them into clear milestones and deliverables
- Balance speed and quality while building scalable, maintainable systems
- Contribute to product and technical decisions through hands-on individual contributor work
Qualifications
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience in full stack roles
- Proven experience delivering projects end to end in startup or early-stage environments
- Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, PostgreSQL, and backend application frameworks
- Comfort working cross-functionally with product, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Strong product intuition, with a history of building features that resonate with users
- Ability to operate with ambiguity and drive outcomes through ownership and execution
Nice to Have
- Experience building or integrating agent-based or AI-powered products
- Background in developer tools, infrastructure, or observability platforms
