Head of Identity & Access Management
We're partnering with a global leading organization in the packaged goods industry who are looking to bring on a Head of Identity & Access Management to own the strategic development, roadmap, and operations for IAM across the company!
Our client has invested heavily in cybersecurity already with full support of executive leadership, and the individual hired for this position is an essential addition to the CISO's long-term vision of the program. Previous experience managing a team of direct reports while standing up an IAM program successfully from scratch is extremely beneficial, along with an understanding of the manufacturing industry on an international scale.
Based in Omaha, Nebraska** this opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule and full relocation for anyone outside of the local area.
General Responsibilities:
- Manage team of 8+ direct reports as a coach, technical leader and face of the team
- Design, build and effectively lead a fully functioningIAM program from the ground-up including:
- identity governance
- privileged access management
- vendor access management
- SSO solutions
- Collaborate with other technical (Information Security, Security Operations, IT, etc.) and non-technical teams (HR etc.) to ensure buy-in and complete access security for all functions of the business
- Drive direction of IAM strategic planning for current and new technologies as well as overall budget
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Information Security or IAM role
- 3+ years as a manager (with direct reports) in IAM or other technology function
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity or related degree (from accredited institution preferred)
- Demonstrated expertise in identity governance, access management, vendor access management and SSO solutions
- Prior experience with technical engineering background in IAM preferred but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary is very competitive and consists of base + annual bonus (15%).
